How do the bracelets fit?

-A variety of sizes allows for customers to choose their own sizing preferences, but usually bracelets sit firmly on the wrist. We use high quality elastic cord for a comfortable wear and maximal durability.

Do you ship internationally?

-Yes, we ship all around the world. For prices and shipment times please see our Shipping Info page.

How long until my product is shipped?

-Each bracelet is handmade as soon as the order is placed. Please allow 2-3 business days of handling before shipment.

What comes with my bracelet?

-Each Monchelo bracelet tells a story, so you'll get a card with the story you personally created by customizing your unique bracelet. Bracelets come in a reusable bag that you can use to store your bracelet.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

-We do not offer special gift wrapping for our products.

What type of stone do you use?

- Our products are made with 5-6mm semi-precious gemstones and sterling silver beads.

What types of payment do you accept?

-We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, and PayPal.

Are results guaranteed?

-No, we do not guarantee any physical, emotional, or psychological changes from the use of our products.
